Impossible Buttermilk Pie! A recipe I got from my BFs mom. AKA Blender Pie. SUPER quick and easy. Throw all the ingredients in a blender starting with your liquids and ending with your melted butter (dont want it to cook the eggs at all) Blend it 30 seconds on high and pop it in the oven for 30 minutes. Done and yummm! Great with coffee ;)
